Recipe of the Month

Real Yorkshire pudding... (by Andrea, a Lancashire woman...lol)

Ingredients:
flour 6oz
2eggs
milk or water....
salt & pepper to taste..

Add the eggs to the flour and mix until eggs are absorbed..
Then add milk or water whichever you prefer and salt and pepper...
Mix until you have the cosistency of thick custard.....
Now this is where we do it differently over here.....
Heat up a large frying pan with a little beef dripping and roll it around the pan...

When it begins to smoke, pour some of the mixture into the pan and roll the pan until the whole of the bottom is covered at a thickness of about 1/4 inch....
Allow it to brown then turn it over allow the underside to brown....

Once its cooked through put onto plate and cover with roast beef, potatoes, boiled and roasted and two veg of your choice and gravy....

Enjoy.....
